Young Friends of the Bruce presents Thursday Night Chocopologie Parties: Cooking with Chocolate. Three fun-filled evenings begin at 7:30 p.m. and feature Fritz Knipschildt, world-famous chocolatier from Chocopologie in Norwalk, who explores various ways to incorporate chocolate into your meals. Demonstrations followed by light cocktails and tasting. Dec. 13: Cacao Appetizers

Jan. 31: Valentine’s Themes Limited to 120, advance reservations required. Open to all. Members $25, non-members $40, per person, per program.
